It includes the important procedures of division, coordination and control of functions within the organization. It also establishes a route for the flow of information throughout the organizational structure. The importance given to communication should not be ignored and hence the process of organizing is important to deliver the right information to the right person on the right time. This function of management also decides the level of authority given to each employee. Hence, this function is also important for the day to day activities of the business. Managers must concentrate on the smallest possible point while organizing as a smaller mistake may affect the performance and reputation of the organization. Staffing is the process which most of the people associate with organizing. It involves the processes of hiring, recruiting, training, performance evaluation of employees and decisions about compensation of the employees. This process involves the decision of choosing the right person for the right job with the right authorities to carry out that particular job.
